Cooper Creek Trail is a concrete trail that serves as a corridor to connect the trail to other parks and public facilities that include Cooper Creek Linear Park, Cooper Glen Open Space, Evers Park, Evers Elementary School, McKamy-Evers Subdivision, and North Pointe Park.
The trail also serves as an extension to the Denton Mobility Plan providing access to sidewalks linked to Denton Public Library and additional subdivisions.
