Denton’s First Dog Park

  • located about 5.3 miles, or an 18-minute drive, away from the Denton Square.

  • By law, dogs must be on a leash not longer than four feet until properly released in the dog pen.

  • Off-leash dog pens are separated by small (under 29 pounds) and large dogs (over 30 pounds). A playful or unvaccinated dog can inadvertently harm young and/or small children; therefore children, ages 10 and younger are not allowed in the off-leash dog pens.
